So What Next?

Thats ok. When you get set up, post the pics. I have a ton of stuff, but you have to remember I'm on day 700. Lol. Took me a while to get all that stuff!

I keep telling myself to leave alot of the ruins loot in the ruins, there's a bunch of Ornate Chests along the way to the second Pseudoscience station, one being right after I cross a maze bridge, so it's on the mainland. But for whatever reason I don't. Lol. OCD rearing it's ugly head. I built a chest next to the first Station that I do keep alot of stuff in, nightmare fuel, living logs, some gems. It makes sense to do it that way, which is probably why I don't do it, but I would still need that space in my inventory while I'm down there. I'll get it figured out at some point.

This is kinda cheating but what I do when I first start a new game is console command to see the entire map. I see what is in the world... PigKing, walrus camps, Tallbird, etc then turn it off. This way I can see if I want to stay in that world or go to the next. It's especially useful cause I like having alot of walrus camps. I like to think of it as Maxwell dropped me a map that disappears after a few seconds. Say what you want about Maxwell but stuff sometimes falls out of his pockets!

Here's the command in case you want to use it:

GetWorld().minimap.MiniMap:ShowArea(0,0,0,10000)

If you decide to use it then turn it off, a quick way to do that is to press the up arrow which will retype the command for you. Press enter, control+L. Good to go!

Well, that's not cheating! Let's say it's just a different way to discover the map :p

Anyway, I might use that tip too! It could be very useful! :D

It's very handy if you've played the game enough to know what you want in your world! I can go without a PigKing and Tallbirds but need to have a few walrus camps near each other.

We can do that? Wow that's awesome!

I tried it, but maybe I won't use that too much because the exploring part was somewhat fun for me. xD

What'd you need Tallbird nest for? Pig King and Walrus' Camp I could understand, but why tallbird?

Don't forget to give me a peek for your base!  :wilson_wink:

You're going places, man.

But yeah, I think you should prepare to make a nice, big fancy base. Use teleportato if you need to.

lol. If you see other's bases, you won't think that I was "going places".  :wilson_blush:

Yeah I already did that. I completed the quest "Krampus Sack", and "Eyebrella". And for whatever reason decided to go to the next world via teleportato!

I remember I wanted to make the whole map my base, put walls around dangerous stuff or stuff that I could farm but not move.

Never actually did that though. You can try but it's probably A LOT of work xD

Wow is that even possible?

Aren't the giant and monster will still spawning? It'll be like suddenly a giant appear on your house! Especially when Dragonfly appear. Isn't that gonna be hell?  :spidercowers:  :spidercowers:  :spidercowers:

Try to find the potatocup

Try to find the potatocup

What is the potatocup?  :wilson_confused:

Read the fireside chats with a game developer to find out about the potato cup.

The console command comes in handy. I just type it to get an idea of what's in th be world then turn it off. Sometimes I'll spin the screen so I'm still not sure where everything is at, but still known what's there. Tallbirds just for the eggs and easy meat during the early game.

I was in the Ruins tonight and had a little accident. Lol. I need to go back in the morning and get my stuff back then I'll post some pics.

Umm.. sorry still don't get it.  :wilson_confused:

Well spinning sounds like a nice idea. Maybe I'll do that for my next world.

I saw your post about your base! It's a nice base. Give me many good ideas especially spiderfarm with bunny!
