Life Giving Amulet resurrection

Silk would be no problem if someone is playing as Webber. They can either grow it from their face, or get about 5 stacks of it easily from a very overpowered trick Webber has.

Is the trick making spiders fight each other? Because I get about 3 silk every 20 spiders.

That's part of the trick. The other part is making large amounts of spider attacking their own dens, which makes it incredibly easy and safe to get silk. Do it for multiple dens around the world, including your own dens when they reach tier 3, on top of what you get from shaving, and silk will never be a problem even before the first winter of an autumn start. I've actually ran out of chest space because of how much silk I get,

I usually get about 10 silk everytime I force spiders to attack each other, although I have a large amount of dens. The OP part about it is the convenient infinite food and healing items for Webber.

But doesn't it take about 30 days for the dens to reach tier 3?

I think resurrection should really rely on other players, so this would probably be a good start. It would also be nice early game for those lucky enough to dig one up from a grave.

Putting more incentive for the graverobbers work? I like it  :livid:

Defibrilator,  a few electrical doodads, some gears, something else to make it complete.  They maybe charged with lightening or the lighting rod to add limitation.   Have to get there before the body runs out of freshness and rots.(adding a sort or revive clock like in some other games) sanity upon revival could be contingent on time spent before revived.

Well yeah, but will most of my silk income be going towards the first batch of level 3 dens?

Since you gain from your investment when destroying tier 3 dens if combined with harvesting the spiders, no. I've ended with two stacks of silk just before my first winter in an autumn start. Even if you didn't, it's still just 6 silk for the top hat required for the Prestihatitator (Going back to where this started), and Webber gets exactly 6 silk from a full shave. So you can theoretically have a Prestihatitator by day 10 without even harvesting a single den or spider, as Webber's beard only takes 9 days to grow instead of 16 days like Wilson.

Hmmm. I wonder if they will change it to be less exploitable in the future.

Seeing how it is Webber though, eventually silk wouldn't be a problem. Might as well leave it. Lets hope they don't nerf Webber to a boring state in DST.

Really? I never use that thing other than to make the ice wand and shadow manipulator. There is so many locked items, I sometimes overlook things.

Still, trying to get eight silk in the early game isn't fun. You would end up having to kill some spider dens and you already need that silk to survive the weather. I did loot a entire graveyard that was devoid of red gems once, which is the only early game source for red gems.

Edit: How do you pronounce the Prehistilator? Is it Pre-Hiss-Til-Lay-Ter?

First, it's spelt Prestihatitator. It is pronounced, Pres-tee-hat-ti-ta-tor...
