Anyway, monster meat is amazing, since it counts as a "large meat" in crock pot recipes, making things like Honey Ham and Bacon and Eggs very cheap to make. Especially as Wigfrid. She can't eat carrots and berries on long expeditions, so monster meat is a decent food of last resort, and the lost health/sanity can be regained by killing monsters.
