Hunger influences your body temperature

Recommended Posts

While I like the first part of this, people playing as wolfgang or characters with a small stomach are screwed with the second part in summer, starving yourself to cool down doesn't sound logical at all.

Well I didn't meant actual starving, it should be like when you are down to 25% of hunger you overheat slower and when you are more than 75% hunger you freeze slower

I don't really think it should be added, but as long as it makes overheating and freezing slower and not faster i'll be okay with it.

It would not be very good if it made overheating or freezing faster

Still there isnt any basis to this really, I'm full therefore the cold doesnt bother me as much??

So your basically saying that fat people should last longer in a winter storm than thin people? As a borderline human stick bug I am offended.

But seriously I don't think that hunger (Unless you were legitimately starving) would affect your body temperature a noticeable amount in real life. But it's an interesting idea nonetheless.

IIRC, part of the reason why humans have to eat so much is because a lot of the energy from food is converted to heating. I might be wrong though.

But I think this is where the OP is coming from.
