Then there are "Special" titles given to specific members by forum admins, most of the time it's JoeW I believe (Hence "Magical Title Fairy").They are usually when the member has contributed something to the forum and such, it's nothing that you can change yourself. A bunch of titles were given out during the final William Carter puzzle to those who helped figure out the puzzle, like mine (That was a pretty fun night). It's usually a reference to one of their posts or general personality on the forum. My title for example was given out after I acknowledged a number of my posts being ninja edited by the devs during puzzle threads. Another member got the title "Exordium" during the puzzle for figuring out the password on one of the pages. Well, 22Winston might have got his senior title back when the post count requirement for the senior title was lower. I think it is around 500 for the senior title now. In the end, it really doesn't matter what pretend name is under your pretend avatar, so it's best just not to worry about it in my opinion. You can still make great posts without it.
