(Not including Maxwell of course) also, why are they there? Why Wilson, Willow, and the others specifically? Going to the wiki and reading about the William Carter Puzzles, I understand that Wolfgang and Wes were his business partners, Wickerbottom may have been the woman who checked the mysterious book to him, and Abigail & Wendy would have been the twins Charlie was talking about. Now, going off of my own thoughts, perhaps Willow is Charlie's sister she mentions? and if that's the case -- this is getting real bullshit now -- perhaps Wilson is Willow's relative of some sort? Though that may just be a load of crap. They were probably all just poor saps that were easily persuaded by Maxwell. That why when Klei puts out a trailer for the game, there's a bunch of threads dedicated to finding puzzles imbedded in the video.... This seems to be how we got all the backstory we have so far.
