Could work well if they ever make sieges or something similar. And if you could build a house for them they should in the very least be neutral towards you unless you provoke them. Or they could go more indepth with the merm-pig war, which I'm surely hoping for. This could make an excellent set piece for something small scale or a chapter in adventure mode for large scale! I know the kind of reworking of files for a whole chapter but I'm going to dream anyway. The DS world would be smaller than usual and there would be guardian pigs and merms set to the equivalent of "lots." I think it would be awesome! Sometimes whole formations of pigs/merms advancing on outposts of their enemies.
