If you kill a single shadow creature, you go up 45 sanity out of her 120 max. You can't stay insane with her if you try. The only reasonable method will be ruin-diving or mass-murder of beardlings in backpacks, and ruin-diving as it stands is only really viable in autumn. GalloViking Posted March 13, 2014 Share Posted March 13, 2014 Well, I don't have RoG, but you can go underground and find a nightmare fissure (Hole in the gound emitting an orange light, no need to reach ruins).
