ShiftyCake Posted December 8, 2012 Share Posted December 8, 2012 I had the most awesome save. Like 6 bee container thingys, A really awesome base, 30 berry bushes twig things and the grass tufts. I had everything >.< EXCEPT my meat effigy's. Which meant I had an encounter with a treegaurd when it was just coming to night. I got reallly cocky when my armour turned out to make him only hit me for like 10 health. Then...well, then my armour ran out and his one hit killed me GODDAMIT.kk, I'm gonna just wait for the update now. That is, unless you don't have to start a new map for the update? Do you? NeedPants Posted December 8, 2012 Share Posted December 8, 2012 I would wait for the update aswell, or at least start a new platythrough when the patch comes out. Thats what im gonna do. Currently im alive for 224 days, its getting kinda boring, nothing left to do. Besides most of the small changes affect the early game aswell, but instead of being a nuisance like they are lategame, they provide more of a challenge early on when u dont have tons of spare food and a chest full of armor and tentacle spikes. If u want to experience the changes made by the patch, restarting is the best thing to do, also allows u to give more accurate feedback. There are ppl that still have treewalls from pre nov30 hotfix. Krampus wont be much of a problem if u beemine ur one entrance in that wall into oblivion. But what if u DONT have a treewall? Now we can see what kind of an impact he really makes. Stuff like that is why i restart.
