the truthseeker
Building off that, making a compost heap in addition to farms. Food placed in it spoils twice as quickly so that meat can be made into rot for fertilization. If a player doesn't rely on pigs or has no Pig King in their world the meat would be useless otherwise. Perhaps a way to make rot a better fertilizer in addition to this idea, although I'm not sure how that would work. Oh i LIKE this idea? Could somebody make a mod for this? Or if done, could somebody provide me a link? BTW, farms still require manure for building, (so it's still vegan-unfriendly,) but keep up the ideas everybody! 23rd
Oh i LIKE this idea? Could somebody make a mod for this? Or if done, could somebody provide me a link? BTW, farms still require manure for building, (so it's still vegan-unfriendly,) but keep up the ideas everybody! Hehehe, question marks. Ideally a vegan character would be able to make farms out of rot. But then I'd still like the idea of a vegetarian character over a vegan because not being able to eat any meat is incredibly limiting enough as it is. Taking away honey, silk, spider glands, wool, feathers and who knows what else (a case could probably be made for not being allowed using the Tam o' Shanter, just imagine it) and you'd have an experience that goes beyond irritating until you're standing over a broken monitor that you've smashed to bits in the middle of a field with a baseball bat while gangster rap plays in the background at which point you go to embezzle a little money which turns into a LOT of money. Somehow Jennifer Aniston's involved. It's a whole big mess. I believe you have my stapler. Johnnyprofane
I wonder if a Vegan would use manure.."We can't use their poop to fertilize our crops! It's something animals produce! How would you feel if someone stole all of your poop?!"/\Funniest thing I think I've ever read on the forums. You deserve a standing ovation 23rd. I think I read something about a vegetarian mod character once. Or maybe that was a penguin who just ate fish and frogs legs. Either way it's very possible should you feel so inclined. The modding community is very helpful and the guides make it quite simple if you're willing to put the time in. Unless worlds spawned with them were capable of growing some sort of cotton plant which could replace wool and maybe another plant which could be refined into a silk equivalent? I dunno. Tossing ideas.
