Are there any trusted Stores where you can buy a Key with a bank account? Or purchase a prepaid credit card and use that instead. That's an option, though I think the lowest amount you can get with a Steam Wallet card is $20, so you'll have about $5 left over on your account afterwards. I believe you can link Paypal up to a bank account. Not sure about the other accepted payment methods, though.
