newbcake
I was playing the demo to see if I like the game. Around 2 minutes on that timer in the corner, I lost the ability to use items. It was night time and my fire was dying, and I wanted to add fuel. So I clicked a log in my backpack but it just examined it. Any item I clicked examined. So I clicked on a nearby sapling to see if I could harvest it, but instead, I examined it. I lost the ability to use/harvest anything, and when starting a new game, I still couldn't harvest anything and such.I am playing the Chrome version. Marak
This might sound stupid but... are you sure that one of your shift keys isn't stuck? Because that would explain what's happening, even if it's a bit unlikely. (shift-click forces your character to Examine something instead of interacting with it)
newbcake
Pretty sure it wasn't as the case was that all my other options (like right clicking to eat) was working. Also, clicking somewhere outside of the game registered as left.
LadyD
Sounds like a bug,Before you post a report can you try closing the game and reopening seeing if the same problem occurs? Reproducing a bug can be very helpful.
