"Hey, there's a whole base here!  And a little chest!  I wonder what's inside..."

A massive explosion blasts apart the top of the hill in a burst of fire, sending stones and chunks of turf everywhere.  With a loud smash, a bruised and smoking Battal rams into the middle of camp, flung by the explosion.

"Second time today!" he says triumphantly before passing out.  A small and charred bit of paper floats out of his hand.

Written upon the paper is a short poem written in hasty scrawl.  It reads:

 

Up atop the highest peak

Is a safe haven for the tired and weak.

First knock thrice upon the stone

Surrounded by the blood and bone.

Seek within the blackened key, 

Then follow the map and the diary.

You shall then at last come upon my home, 

And find the door, hidden yet shown.
