It wants you to experiment, but the stacking of effects is too absurd and kind of forces you into the same gem lineup every time. The fact that the difference between basically taking zero boat damage to having dozens of holes in your boat all the time is a singular red gem is absurd, all the gems scale unreasonably hard like this. Also, please, remove the ice that drops from the destroyed ice platforms. The cannon towers can be taken down instantly if you ram them at a fast enough speed, so I kitted out my boat with shell bumpers and paddled in circles around the Crab King, ramming all of his towers down one by one. I feel like you move the boat around a lot more compared to the old fight.
