Fixes

  • All versions
    • Fixed falling liquid drops being deleted after the game loads.
    • Fixed Duplicants freezing when trying to relocate a critter stuck inside a door.
    • Deconstructing a Mess Table while a Duplicant is eating at it will no longer crash the game.
    • Fixed issue causing Duplicants to sometimes eat on the floor instead of at a table if a table has been disabled.
    • Fixed incorrect navigator pathfinding prioritization.
    • Reverted the fix “Attempt to prevent baby critters growing up getting stuck in a tile if the adult is larger than the baby (e.g. Jawbo).” as it was causing some unexpected sideffects.
    • Fixed a bug which allowed the Printerceptor Story Trait to get stuck in a bad state if the main building was disabled.
    • Fixed crash that could occur if the Printerceptor was demolished or destroyed before activation.
    • Printerceptor Menu UI now scales with Graphic Options Screen UI Scale setting.
  • Spaced Out!
    • Fixed a bug where rockets with a drillcone would sometimes fail to complete roundtrip flights if they had run out of diamond.
  • Prehistoric Planet Pack
    • Fixed Ovagro related crash.

It has a fun side effect of eating your first 500 data banks. I've seen it mostly from people who try to be proactive and disable the printerceptor before finding the toilet to avoid this.

Funny how this sounds like total gibberish if you do not know what happens in Oni! I have found the toilet though and I never had any serious trouble with data banks.

Yeah but still, before activation? Like they couldn't even be bothered to use it once to claim a free decor item and something special for their colony first?

Terminology-wise, it seems liquid drops refer to falling liquids that exist on the C# side as visual particles (i.e. from buildings like liquid vents, and do not immediately participate in the sim). I'm curious what's the terminology then for referring to falling liquids that participate in the sim?

Does this fix need a new world to be generated to be in effect?  I submitted the original bug report on this, and it's STILL happening with my rockets.  Save file attached; I have 3 rockets sitting idle out at the POI's and I sent them there after I installed this update.

Hi, Sorry it seems that we identified more than one issue that was causing this bug and the claimed fix only solved one of them. We are investigating further. thanks for reporting, your bug post will be re-open to keep you updated.
