Two questions:

  1. Is it intended that every player gets mobs during this puzzle, or not? We had multiple people cross this without getting any mobs along the way.

  2. When clearing the whole area where the Ripple (Mega Blight) spawns, will this area regrow/respawn? How does that work? We tried killing Ancient Fuelweaver to reset it, but it stayed empty/cleared.

For a long-term player, doing the basic content all over again is the repetitive exploration of the past, which is the most tormenting and boring folly. And this is very likely to mean losing the resources they have long reserved underground.

And how are you going to explain that in the new save file, these terrains are so connected to other parts that players can easily reach them directly through bridge-like terrains?
This is not the unclimbable relic behind the Ancient Archive.

I'm unable to enter caves on my own serwers. I made 2 new worlds and the sinkholes don't work. On the old worlds too sadly. 

Edit - Ok, it's mod but don't know which one, started clean and caves worked.

Because it is protected by ancient magic, a Forcefield that can not be teleported into without first knowing the place exists.

Tons of movies do this, Thor, Doctor Strange, Spider-Man, Justice League I don’t think a video game needs to go into depth with Movie level Lore, but if you absolutely NEED an explanation then maybe the ancient scrolls crammed into pillars & etched onto walls prevent it?

Why can't we access the Scrapbook through the game menu (without being on a server)?

Why don't we have a skin for the Cartographer's Desk yet?

Why don't we have a Vignette of that giant Library that caught fire yet?

no visual glues, no quotes given that its a thing, its just there, at least warbot had a force field shown....even if that makes no sense that teleporting magic cant work that

Hello, question. I own the original proof of purchase deerclops duffel and glommer pack from buying the merch. Why do I have to deal with this in the unowned filter of the in-game shop? This is an absolutely silly mechanic. I feel like the bare minimum Klei should do is to either make the two rarities mutually exclusive, or give the original proof of purchase skin owners a resurrected skin copy for free so they don't have to deal with this. Or are you expecting the original skin owners to buy the same skin twice for no reason just so this nonsense doesn't show up in the unowned filter? Genuinely curious if this is just an oversight or an intended feature

People who bought the Resurrected skins don't get the original rarity or the merch, and people who bought the merch don't get the Resurrected rarity and thus still see those skins for sale in the store. I think this is an entirely fair way to handle this situation.

Honestly, I know it's WAY too late for something so major, but I really really really love the way retrofitted caves are, if certain biome were accessible through wormhole and shaped kinda like spheres like the new biom it'd make the caves feel way less empty and boring since instead of going through big fields of nothing just for a specific biome, youd go to isolated points of interests. Maybe if it even had like three "mainlands" all split up on the map, kinda like hamlet? I feel like that would help the atmosphere of it being actually caves, a lot more than just the surface but without an ocean, such a fundamental change of structure compared to the surface would make it so much more unique :>

In fact, it will still be empty and boring, because the wormholes in the cave world will not offer you the convenience of movement. On the contrary, it will greatly dampen your enthusiasm for exploring new terrains. Those new terrains will only appear symbolically on your map (if you use some special mapping methods), taking up your computer resources but being difficult for you to utilize.
Many players who have been playing fixed save games for a long time, including myself, have criticized this update mode. This design is more suitable for the forest world rather than the current cave world.

It’s already out on PlayStation, but also: PlayStation version has access to Klei official servers, Xbox has never had them. 
If I had to take a shot in the dark guess it’s just Sony being Sony buying out Exclusive & Limited Time content to be better than Xbox. But I’m probably wrong.

For the Wurt skin set, it’d be awesome if Klei could also add skins for the Merm King, Merms, and Merm Guards — not just for the Craftsmerm House and Merm Flort-ifications.

Its just the fact they are radio silent about the update being missing from a whole console. I dont mind delays, but there's no communication

Steam achievements would not add anything fun or meaningful, I argue.
