Thanks to the last post, you helped me with ideas and my reworking of an existing end of Wolfgang's skill tree, which in my opinion needed to be reworked.

Okay, let's move on to the tree itself, which I've been working on for a few days, maybe weeks?

There are flaws in it that I can understand, but in it I tried to make Wolfgang not only stronger, but rather more diverse and useful in the team

One thing I’ve noticed is that most new skills decrease Mightiness while in use.

One of the biggest problems with current Wolfgang is how boring and cumbersome his Mightiness gain feels compared to his older version, where he could instantly eat a meaty stew and be done with it. The current wolfgang rework we are playing with heavily pushes toward using Mightiness as a resource.

Currently, Mightiness acts more like an ability timer than a "mana" pool for Wolfgang’s powers. However, this skill tree turns it into yet another mana bar needing management on top of its timer function. This means it will deplete much faster and more frequently than before. Not only does this retain the existing problem of constant workouts between mighty forms, it multiplies the need for it.

You did include a skill named Regular Training, which somewhat addresses this by combining the old Wolfgang hunger mechanic with Mightiness  ,replacing Mightiness costs with Hunger and bringing him closer to his old version. But several issues need addressing.

First, it’s a mandatory skill for Mightiness branch abilities, yet it’s locked midway in the Circus Performer branch.
It would be far more accessible (and logical) as a lower tier skill or one without prerequisites so that players can get to it without having to go through things they might not want.

Second, while this change solves some problems, it introduces a new one. If the description "Wolfgang is able to regain his Mightiness for 2 days using Hunger after using a gym" is accurate, it means Mightiness costs become Hunger costs for two full days without limits or conditions (unless I’m misunderstanding).

This could be heavily abused by veteran players who have mastered the art of crockpot spamming, while being confusing and frustrating for newer players unprepared for such a rapid increase in Hunger drain (both from the new costs in the skilltree and the usual mightiness drain being added to the hunger drain).

A potential fix would be limiting this ability to only work when Hunger is above a threshold (like 80% or more).

Or even better, Instead of decreasing Mightiness costs, High hunger meter could increase Mightiness gain from actions and exercises.
This way, a well fed Wolfgang could transform and maintain his Mighty form more easily. With his attacks and work actions granting increased Mightiness, he could use these special abilities without reverting to Wimpy form as the extra Mightiness gain synergy from hunger offsets the ability cost while he remains fed.

Otherwise i like your ideas, even if most forum skilltree ideas are not balanced (which lets be honest, most of the currrently existing skill trees in the game are not balanced either) are really fun to think about and look at!

I believe this needs rebalanced its too op. He gains too much massive combat buffs, which would basically make him a Wurt 2.

That's the point of the new Wolfgang. You need to train to be strong. And Klei has made it much easier by making it possible to gain power from attacking mobs, chopping and mining, from paddling, etc.

Old Wolfgang and his force were oriented for solo DS where food was scarce. And before RoG, there was even less of it.

I'm not taking fault with the theme of training in order to gain mightiness for the reworked wolfgang (i actually like it), I'm saying that the way its currently implemented, It is done mostly as a chore and is the "not fun part you have to endure to reach the fun part". Its just very linear and binary and has no room for any skill expression (barring the gym minigame when done without the skill that automates it).
And keep in mind, most of my feedback is framed within the context of the skill tree being discussed.

Well, it's an improvement atleast. But to be honest, that's still not saying much when Wolfgang's current skill tree is... that.

 

The main problem I see with this tree is that it tries making your mightiness into a resource that is spent to perform bonus actions. But everything Wolfgang does that benefits from mightiness also increases it. Meaning, you're never really going to be in a situation where you're spending more might than you're gaining. The only real way I see this working is if Wolfgang got fully reworked with that mechanic as a base line, similar to @Toroic's Wolfgang re-re-refresh. 

 

As for the skills themselves... Again, it is an improvement, but nothing here really feels like it would be a meaningful choice or lead to a wide variety of build options. Most of the perks are just different flavors of "you fight better", which was already the biggest problem with Wolfgang's current skill tree. And the only two utility perks you added are just "you harvest better", which are nice, but are just things he already does better being made even better. 

Examples of things I think Wolfgang could get in his skill tree without breaking him could look like:

 

Mighty Mariner: Boats take less damage from ramming into things.

Mighty Mariner 2: While Mighty, Wolfgang can pull heavy objects off the sea floor with a fishing rod. 

Same-day Delivery: Wolfgang can throw heavy objects across the map, letting you quickly move around suspicious marble chunks, altar pieces, statues, and the like. 

Caravan Cargo: Wolfgang can craft heavy objects that serve as inventories. The first tier might just be a sack with ~16 inventory slots that anyone can haul. The second tier is a vault with even more inventory slots, but only Wolfgang will even attempt to lift. And the third tear being a split option between a lunar inventory with the elastispacer effect or a shadow inventory with a built-in lazy forager effect.

Analyzing the forum's skills rework requests, what would make the most meaning of Wilson (the only old character who had no Rework). Devs simply ignored. Perhaps the most important thing is to live a dream that devs will change a character that should be in the top 4 of the game ...

The game is designed so that everything around it is routine. Starting from resource extraction ending with boss battles.
One thing makes someone depressed. Someone else. Personally, I really don't like the mechanics of sleep and Raid bosses.

What do you mean it takes planar damage Don’t mean he does planar damage.

Also, I think you forgot the recipe for fragmentation dumbbells and also if the shadow one is made out of dread stone, I think it should be made out of the lunar equivalent to that or have it be in the form ofpure horror rather than dread stone

I don’t quite understand the last lunar skill, and kind of think that should be a lunar version of what the dread stone whistle instead

Hi this skilltree is very cool and some of the ideas are very cool (some not to much but people already said the same thing) me and my friends are currently making a wolfgang skilltree rework/overhaul to make him more fun for all and some of the skills seem funny may we borrow some? (If you want you can also take some of ours)

Also we're planning to send the idea to klei entertainment themselves

The main problem I see with this tree is that it tries making your mightiness into a resource that is spent to perform bonus actions. But everything Wolfgang does that benefits from mightiness also increases it. Meaning, you're never really going to be in a situation where you're spending more might than you're gaining. The only real way I see this working is if Wolfgang got fully reworked with that mechanic as a base line, similar to @Toroic's Wolfgang re-re-refresh. 

 

As for the skills themselves... Again, it is an improvement, but nothing here really feels like it would be a meaningful choice or lead to a wide variety of build options. Most of the perks are just different flavors of "you fight better", which was already the biggest problem with Wolfgang's current skill tree. And the only two utility perks you added are just "you harvest better", which are nice, but are just things he already does better being made even better. 

Examples of things I think Wolfgang could get in his skill tree without breaking him could look like:

 

Mighty Mariner: Boats take less damage from ramming into things.

Mighty Mariner 2: While Mighty, Wolfgang can pull heavy objects off the sea floor with a fishing rod. 

Same-day Delivery: Wolfgang can throw heavy objects across the map, letting you quickly move around suspicious marble chunks, altar pieces, statues, and the like. 

Caravan Cargo: Wolfgang can craft heavy objects that serve as inventories. The first tier might just be a sack with ~16 inventory slots that anyone can haul. The second tier is a vault with even more inventory slots, but only Wolfgang will even attempt to lift. And the third tear being a split option between a lunar inventory with the elastispacer effect or a shadow inventory with a built-in lazy forager effect.
