What a about nightmare pie it serves as healing and a quick sanity drop

i originally though so, but you need so much pies just to controll your sanity, not to mention you need to be low health, which is hard to do without dying ( most boss attack can two shot you if no armor)

While this is true this discourages variety it's not realistic to expect Warly to juggle those dishes for hunger without an incentive and no increasing the punishment isn't a good incentive. There are a fair amount of higher hunger dishes but they're not spread out well enough limiting the concept of cooking on the go. An alternative I had thought up was allowing Warly to cook while moving and to expand the range of dishes from the existing ingredients for example make exclusive recipes for lichen, more mushroom recipes, exclusive positive monster meat recipes, more glowberry based recipes perhaps even allow moon shards to be added to dishes new dish combinations since he already has a nightmare fuel one. However most importantly make sure these dishes can be made strictly with ingredients that spawn in their resource biome ideally excluding farm crops.

Basically overload the player in choice and make cooking smaller hunger dishes less tedious.

you already get plenty of choices i feel, ruins give nf + lichen + eels + mm, that's already meatballs, ratatuoille, unagi, iirc you can even cook surf 'n' turf with eels and mm, then also fruit medley and jam with bananas from monkeys, nf as filler, mushrooms also already count as veggies, glowberries work for jam, medley and mousse etc., i feel he has enough choice already

I'm aware of the existing options and I still disagree also ratatouille is a failed food.

вы не можете получить и то, и другое одновременно. Вот что в данном контексте означает «взаимоисключающие»

Yes. But you don't need both at the same time.

running to swap to the other one every time you want to do a fight that might make you go insane e.g. fw/werepig/mutated bosses and then back after the fight sounds like an extremely silly waste of time

No one is forcing you to do this.  Anything can be a waste of time.

37.5 hunger dishes already have uses, it's just that most of them are for sanity or hp, rather than just hunger.

Most of the 37,5 hunger dishes compete with each other to give health or sanity, are inefficient or are outclassed by other dishes that are easier to make or give more value per edible ingredient.

surely we can have some of the inefficient dishes to 50 or 56,25 hunger.

I suggest: Fish Tacos, Spicy Chili (only decent in Warly's early game), Puffed Potato Soufflé (why make this instead of Fancy Spiralled Tubers and Breakfast Skillet), Stuffed Eggplant, Pumpkin Cookies and Seafood Gumbo maybe (oké this one gives good stats, but is difficult to make becease only with eel you can avoid making Surf 'n' Turf right now).

It's already been said many times but it's not really Warly that's the problem in his gameplay but the game itself dst lacks true food variety and balance when it comes to the crockpot which is why people choose to game the system with high hunger super common crockpot dishes. Warly also suffers from  farming being a heavy requirement for his speciality dishes which isn't the most fun thing to do when all you want to do is play the role of a cook on the go.

No, most of the crockpot dishes are good.

um which? most good ones dont come untill mid or late game , you need to go so far out to get them

Most of them. There are only a few bad dishes like stuffed eggplant, fish tacos, fistful of jam, and ratatouille.
