Sure, they lose steam. Though they should “rot” back into twigs.

I find it odd that steamed twigs can't be placed in an icker preserve. Maybe it is unintended? Did you file a bug report?

Maybe it is a consequence of them being inedible.

i think icker preserves are just for ingredients, and steamed twigs is a crockpot recipe?

I say all things that perish (have a green/yellow/red bar) should be able to be put into Icker Preserve.

Also, Icker Preserve's stack size should be upgradable.

Steam evaporates from twigs over time.

Not sure about steam evaporating (steam being water that has evaporated ), but either

1. the twigs dry out (and maybe it should "rot" back into number of twigs used in the dish so you can cook them again),

2. the other food used to make the steamed twigs rot so the whole dosh is ruined

3. Wet wood also rots, so idk.

It does make sense that it should go into icker preserves either way, ice boxes, etc. It can already be placed in the polar bearger bin.

I am not sure about this. It would be a odd if things like rabbits or birds could be placed in the preserve.

I didn't know you could put fish in them haha. I do think that's weird.
