Which bugs specifically? I don't see any bug reports in your posting history.

While I would have agreed with you in the wake of the Frosty Planet Pack (and indeed I did), it seems like they've been putting more effort into bug fixes since the release of the Bionic Booster pack, and that's what eventually got me to buy it. It's too early to say how they'll handle the Prehistoric Planet Pack, but so far I'm impressed with the attention to detail; they clearly put some thought into how the new mechanics would interact with what was already in the game.

I'm just curious which bugs specifically caused you to abandon your last save.
As you say, there are a lot of bugs that they still need to fix, so it's not clear which ones you're talking about.
This would at least let the devs know what to prioritize.
If you've already found the bug reports, it shouldn't be any harder to post a link than it was to make your last comment. Or, you could describe the issues the bugs caused, but at that point you might as well make your own bug report.

Ok, a freebie just for you. Im trying to RP the game. it breaks the immersion when I have to manually kill a dupe that wasnt supposed to survive. Case in point dupes have infinite oxygen when in atmo suits.

There were many, MANY bugs like this but the last one that made me uninstall the game once again was that im building in the lava planet, and the materials MAGICALLY LOSE their temperature when I build them.

And like I said, the devs know them all. The hell, they even replied to many with FIXED, but in reality did nothing. There are countless examples of "fixed" bugs that still exist.

I have NO idea how your not aware of these.

To start with, the list is endless.

You know that these are not actual "bugs" right? You expect a certain behavior and when that behavior is not there, you get annoyed by the game.

If you have no oxygen when an atmosuit's oxygen is gone, the dupe will not try to breath.

Top 45C cap when building a tile exists for a reason. So that you don't overheat or melt your base on early cycles. The minimum temperature cap was removed recently.

You can make a list and let the devs know about what bugs you most. I assume it would not be first on their priorities (crashing bugs always take first priority) but if more people find you list of bugs that much annoying too, there is a chance some of these bugs will get fixed quicker.

Oxygen Not Included is a great game with great developers.  However, it's not a perfect game, it never will be and we should never expect it to actually become perfect.  Developers are human after all.  None of the bugs in Oxygen Not Included are game-breaking, just minor inconveniences.

I say this because I have experience playing Dead by Daylight and I swear I encounter a new bug in that game every other day I play.  DbD also releases new DLC to buy every 3 months and sometimes more often and these DLCs introduce new bugs/reintroduce old bugs every time.  The DLCs always release as a buggy mess that require immediate fixing and some serious bugs have been in the game for years (DbD is almost 9 years old), some of which I have no doubt will never be fixed.

Oxygen Not Included could be considered almost bug-free compared to Dead by Daylight.

I would never wave good bye to DLCs either!

These ones are closer to exploits in the sense that fixing these can definitely ruffle some feathers in the community for those who consider them features. If you want, there are mods to fix these as they are trivially easy to patch

I mean not fixing dupes not consuming oxygen when grasping for air while wearing any suit (even gas masks) is kinda lame i would say.

I'm also not really fond of not being able to see the progress bar on buildings because of their warnings. Like when is Meep gona finish cleaning the outhouse? no one knows.

After playing this game for 5 years and thousands of hours, I've watched countless bugs get fixed. I've seen the performance increase tremendously. For what is probably a smaller team working on a very complex game that hit 1.0 six years ago, I'm pleased with the work that's still going into it. Realistic expectations. This isn't some AAA game. Actually, AAA games are frequently far worse with bugs. Just look at Civilization. Anyway, I'll most likely be buying DLC as long as it keeps getting made.

I think he is referring to the fact that when a dupe is gasping in an atmosuit, they regain "breath" without consuming any of the surrounding oxygen.  The fact that they take off their helmets and gasp is definitely not a bug, but the infinite use of oxygen is.

I wouldn't call it "game breaking," though.
