Changes and Improvements

  • All versions
    • Initialisms can now be used to search the research and build menus. E.g. 'mm' will match 'Microbe Musher'.
    • Improved search filtering with some language specific heuristics.
    • Updated Korean localizations.
  • Spaced Out! only
    • Duplicants incapacitated by 'Deadly' levels of radiation will now have their exposure severity reduced to 'Extreme' upon entering a medical cot.
  • All versions
    • Reverted attempted fix for: Fixed objects that have a large mass (e.g. Atmo Suits) overfilling storages incorrectly. This fix needs some more development time. For now, the following knock-on effects of the attempted fix are resolved:
      • Artifact Analyzer not requesting artifacts.
      • Pips not foraging storages and trees.
      • Critter Drop-Offs not requesting critters.
    • Fixed conduits not flowing if there are no sources in the network.
    • More memory allocation reductions.
    • The 'Next' completion filter of the Research Screen now interacts correctly with the text filter.
  • Spaced Out! only
    • Fixed crash when deconstructing or self destructing a rocket interior.
    • Fixed oversized click area on Launch Rocket UI button.
  • Bionic Booster Pack
    • Fixed Bionic Duplicants not applying a whole stick of Gear Balm.
    • Fixed Bionic Duplicants picking up the same power bank when recharging themselves.

Modding

  • Added translation support for name and description in mod.yaml. The fields can be either a string key or plain text.
  • Localized SEARCH_TERMS are now one string per concept, with all synonyms enumerated as a comma-delimited list of words.
  • Made some changes to AmountInstance, SolidTransferArm, and ConduitFlowVisualizer static batch job initialization to work better with mods.

I encountered a similar issue with the "abandon ship" button (I don't remember the specifics, I was either in starmap inspecting mining rocket/PoI stats or starmap/interior checking out artefact module contents. It was several months ago, haven't checked this beta yet)

Is this covered by the fix?

Never mind, already checked - it's not covered, the abandon-ship button suffers the same problem as of this build:

also flydos with no battery installed are flying with the red icon on them before selecting a battery in the drop down menu

Boiling point of oxygen is like -183 Celsius, so I guess yeah
