Plans for DLC4 and QoL patch?

These new DLC seem to be focused on advanced versions of base biomes and creating new planets based on them. I'm hoping they are working on an advanced slime biome next possibly with a focus on new infections. Early on in the game's development slime and germs were a very fun mechanic, but it seems to now be the least developed and nerfed into the ground. Slime and germs used to feel just has hostile as magma.

I had a crazy idea that I would love to see in the game. A new liquid type of slime that is sentient. Liquid that actively flows toward your equipment to flood and insulate it so that it overheats. Perhaps you combat it with water; contact with water dilutes it into polluted water. They could also have germs that infect critters and plants to make them hostile. It would be a fun mechanic to have to investigate infections on wild critters and plants to find a method to cure them before you can add them to your colony.
