Ickers should drop Pure Horror

Recommended Posts

Ickers at the current moment only drop nightmare fuel, at the stage of the game they are introduced this can be useful but most likely players will avoid interacting with them after they get a couple nightmare fuel drops. Nightmare fuel just isn't as useful as it is early game in the late game.

Ickers come from rifts and they do planar damage, I feel like it is appropriate that they drop pure horror. Maybe 1 pure horror along with nightmare fuel to incentivize players to interact with them?

Pure horror has always been the bottleneck for crafting high level shadow/void gear, Ickers could help a bit with this.

Then reduce the spawns, they shouldn't be spawning this much anyways

Their gameplay mechanic seems to be taht they ambush you first and then block your path on bridges. They can't do that with small numbers.

Agreed for 1 Pure Horror only ! I like the way they are now and don't want their spawn numbers reduced, it's some more rift content dangers I've been looking forward and for the most part they feel well located as where they are can contain other nearby hostiles chasing us. So obtaining a bit of the better fuel out of them would be fair, especially if we are in those time periods were there's no Inkblights and there would be much less sources of it outside of the portal. Makes for some variety, me gusta.

Same as the others said, after learning that they spawn in tunnels only and vanish with the rift closing, I think there's some fun uses to keeping their numbers around, but adding 1 pure horror pure blob would help since they can spawn in packs up to 10 at times.

Learning that they affect mobs too has made messing with dragging mobs through them pretty fun, ahah.

Please don't reduce their spawn rate. Currently the way they clog up the corridors makes them an actual thread.

They are a great environmental danger and reducing their numbers would ruin that.

Other than that, I agree with the item drops.
