a simple question about the lazy explorer

just because the other thread on this topic has me genuinely curious. personally i misclick so often i just keep one at my base and use regular walking canes for my day-to-day

Everyone has accidentally clicked teleport and will continue to do so. My poll was never about that. It was about day to day use and people's reluctance to use it. A majority of people are very stingy with it.

I had a mod that elegantly resolved this by making the telepoof a double-click action. Worked really well, but the mod wasn't really compatible with the bootleg item so had to ditch it. :/

Usually just when I'm trying to unmount or mount a beefalo since it's the same button , same with Starcaller and Deconstruction staffs etc . But it's pretty rare.

Yeeeeah I use a mod to add a on/off mode to the lazy explorer. This also apply to Wortox. I used to love playing as him, but by jove is it feels bad to waste souls teleporting accidentally. It's what turned me off from playing him. That and not able to hire pigs for labor.

do either of you have a link? i don't use bootleg so that isn't a problem for me and i would really like to have wortox as an option again!

This is the one I used for the lazay explorer. Sadly, it doesn't support Wortox.
