River Ravin
I recently heard of it. It's a bird that impales it's prey on thorns or spikes, from what I understand. I think it would fit wonderfully in the swamps, and perhaps attacks frogs and crows and such. I don't know, just a small idea. Either way, I'm going to try to sketch it in this style, as I think it would look interesting. Heh.

Excess
Holy sh... they look so innocent! They could hunt birds and frogs on the spiky swamps. Fits perfectly.

River Ravin
Heheh. Yes. I think they'd fit in quite well with the other little birdies. I believe I will be off to search for more interesting creatures at some point in the future.
River Ravin
I drew it, and who, or what, I think it would interact with. I'm putting it in a spoiler sense I don't know the dimensions of the image and don't want to mess up the page....I hope this works right....I have no idea what I'm doing. Help. How do you remove the attached thumbnail? -.-'

This has to be one of my favorite suggestions at the moment.Edit: Just found out these birds are sometimes called "butcherbirds". Now it fits even more. River Ravin
Heheh. Yes. That's what made me think of it. Well that, and the first image I saw of them.I suppose I should warn of icky gorey birdies for this.Sadly enough, I thought it was a berry at first.
