Is this a bug? Also a rant about the Terraria crossover eye bosses.

Recently I was playing in a Klei official server and then suddenly these guys were summoned. Im not sure who summoned them, but even after trying to run away from them they kept spawning more (hence in the picture there's 4 of them). I think there was like 20 of them one guy in the server said. This is probably a bug, but I'm not sure.

Also can I just say I hate these guys with a passion? I think they're my least favourite boss in the game. Like as a boss fight alone they're fine, but they're so easily used by griefers. More often than not, in public servers, they're used for griefing instead of actually for killing them for their drops. Like I geniunely wish by default these public servers disabled the terrarium (item that spawns them) or at least require a vote to be made to summon the boss.

Day 895 of the eyes still spawning on a random player for some reason just so on public servers the item is almost unusable as anything other than a griefing tool. Just completely made up, that's not even how it works in Terraria.
