Is there any way to get the world seed of a public server? (klei official to be precise)

I think you can't...

I tried a lot of things, some that usually work when you're host/admin of the server:

c_announce(TheWorld.meta.seed)

TheNet:SystemMessage(TheWorld.meta.seed)

or even impossible commands to try to disclose the seed in an error message:

c_gonext(TheWorld.meta.seed)

But it always returns an empty string (as shown in your screenshot too).

Step 2: Order your employee to give you the seed.
....
Step 5: Profits.
