about new core content: the rits on surface are leaving my world barren. I cannot use plants for decorating in base. I wish to have tools (other than exploits) like anti-brightshade spray or some sort of rift plant alternatives (I dont like grass geckos snd twiggy trees. That's not enough of alternative). Also that part of "my world is turning barren" in quite hurtful. There were natural set pieces that didn't count as structures, so were unprotected from random rifts.

The Shoevel was mentioned somewhere to be important later... So I really hope for some fix...

I kinda want the exploits to be fixed, especially void walking, and animation canceling. It's so strong once you start using it, it's hard to go back to play as intended, and I believe that's a shame...

I feel like tenta pillars should have a mini rework too in order to compensate. Maybe you can tell which one is the atrium one by the turf surrounding it, and that tentacle will be a special shadow one which is harder to defeat.

The regular tenta pillars are meant to be the cave wormhole but nobody uses them since there are few good ways to kill them that is not character exclusive. They could make them drop monster meat too in order to encourage it a bit more and maybe tweak the baby tentacles.

The magic words for solving this are, as always, Lunar Spillage. Have the things with Lunar equivelants be changed, add Lunar equivelants for things that make sense, and leave the rest be undestroyed by the spreading Rift.

Klei definetly learned from this particular mistake, as they didn't make the Miasma from Shadow Rifts destroy nearby plants and such.

I wish for easier ways to find riffs too that doesn't involve waiting until it is fully complete. Maybe a compass upgrade that points to riffs, aswell as north?

Upgrade a compass with glass or nightmare fuel maybe?
