It's the frequency. On home asteroid meteors won't do damage to allow you for expansion. More difficult meteors will appear on regolith asteroid, on home one their purpose is to trigger Rock Fan (I'd assume)

On metallic swampy start they do pretty much damage. And with no iron (and I play without teleporter) it is quite a problem even on default difficulty..

Good morning, and quick question. What is the purpose of getting duplicated blueprints? It's really frustrating to get a duplicated one after waiting a week to unlock more customizations. Is this supposed to happen or is it a bug, and if it's intended, why?

If you have played DST, ONI will have similar mechanics in later versions.

If you are not familiar to DST, just think that they will let you exchange those duplicate items to tokens for other blueprints.
