Marble is too painfull to farm for having mostly decorative purposes

Let say you are not a perfect player and got hit 3 times by the boss. That amount of damage is equivalent of taking 12 hit from the boss if you wear marble and tank (marble 95%, log suit 80%), which is about enough for marble suit wearer to kill the boss with hambat by now.

So healing, your damage taken are all same, the different is you require no skill to kill boss, you also kill boss twice as fast, sanity drain is also less as fight end faster.
So it make total sense that
Marble farming compare to log farming must:
200% as hard as log farming, in term of you kill boss twice as fast. 
400% as hard as log farming, in term of you only take 1/4 damage when vs enemies you cant easy dodge(dfly, wave of hounds)
125% harder as marble suit cost 6 marble and log suit cost 8 logs.

Let say the "skill different" is balanced out with "speed reduction", marble farming must be atleast in total 2*4*1.25 = 10 time harder than log farming.
An evergreen require about 7.125 on averange days to grow full + 4 logs, marble require 16.875 days to grow to full, +1 marble. That make marble 9.4 times harder than log farming, which is "quite balanced."

this is genuinely the most confusing post I've ever read, the numbers that you made up for this post make absolutely no sense, tanking vs kiting is entirely dependent on which enemy you're fighting based on the time you spend kiting vs the time you spend attacking which at the same time is dependent on the enemy's attack range, attack speed, damage, and other factors such as phases and cycles

also your post seems to completely ignore the fact that very few bosses have insanity auras, that tanking with wood armor is also an option, that speed boosts exist, and that nobody actually uses log suits

Which if fine for you but is not fine for me. Hence i won't be using your silly method that turns a simple labor job into a even bigger grind and a raid boss fight.

There is nothing, complicated in switching to a character making a few structures then switching back lol but ok :wilsoalmostangelic:

There is nothing complicated about crafting Golden Pickaxe or using Bearger and i don't have to waste materials on merms or character swaps nor do i have to fight Queen Bee.

I consider only 4 bosses (treeguard, dc, bearger and goose) as they are the only bosses can be commonly dodge without any speed bonus needed. Im comparing -30%speed vs normal speed, not vs +50% speed, please understand that.

Also when you are in situation where you have 0 pigskin (when you join a pub that some speed runner hammered all pig houses) log suit and marble suit are most likely your only option to survive.
