Clawtoo
Is there a way to rebind control-f to just a single key? Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/137450-force-attack-rebind/ Share on other sites
GenomeSquirrel
I installed a mod to switch attack and force attack, none of remapping I did had any effect Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/137450-force-attack-rebind/#findComment-1539128 Share on other sites
hhh2
I think you can bind both force attack modifer and attack to the same key to achieve that effect, but you'd have to change your binds again to use regular attack. Pig Princess
I binded my force attack to the same key as regular attack ("space"). The trade off is that I can't use normal attack. However, in a lot of cases game remembers last target, so I don't target Klaus deers, for example. To make my life easier, I use "improved force attack" mod, which has a number of settings to disable force attack for some entities (so I have to left-click on them to attack). I disabled it for walls, Abigail and balloons. But it doesn't allow me to change attack priority sadly, so I'm still attacking neutral frogs over butterflies and relics over shadows/nightmares. I wish we could edit list of entities for regular attack and force attack to give our own priority to targets, even if it's only 2 levels. Clawtoo
I believe it should be in the core game settings, would you rather Cont-F, or just press C, or whatever key you prefer? Astraia
you can only use F key on its own when attacking hostile mobs, neutral mobs, however, can be only forced attacked with control f Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/137450-force-attack-rebind/#findComment-1539560 Share on other sites
