Quick item concept: Chew Toy

Just a quick idea I wanted to throw out there (no pun intended). The idea came to me after thinking about how Dumbbells can be chucked in the air.

General concept: Found in the Survival Tab, this would be a chewing bone / chew toy that can be thrown by the player to distract hounds for a short duration. Useful early on for players both in a pinch and for saving friends that are under attack so you can get away, as well as late game for grouping hounds together.

I'd like a second version with a yarn ball so you can play catch with your critter.

I'm in support of this because it would make a lot of homeless hounds on public servers from people chucking it and running away so their AI turns off. Would be pretty funny.

Sounds like a Wes thing. Dont his balloons do this already? Attract aggro from hostile mobs?
