Just farm tumbleweed. They're not very efficient way to get gears. More like an extra, kinda useless tho.

Well I mean there’s a 20 day Cooldown on bosses.. so during those 20 days I’m sure you’d find gears from a tumbleweed faster.

Not with my luck i won't.

PS: 15 days cooldown for Twins and Eye. Not 20.

But tumbleweed method sucks tho it's kind of method i have to be desperate for gears to rely on.

This rate drop thing around tumbleweeds can be anything and honestly im not that  concerned who is right and who is wrong, the point when i post that coment was: i though it was relevant to point it out you can find gears there cuz it happens SO OFTEN   [thats why it looks like 3% for me, seriously i always base in df desert  and use the tbweeds to farm grass/twigs the first and second year] and this makes the fight look not that good to farm gears 

not like u did said this in first place, thats also not the case
