Yea ^^, it's under world gen and not global events :).

Dumb question: But has anyone tried feeding Bunny Soup to a Bunny/Bunnymen? 

maybe it’s not a soup MADE of bunnies, but instead a soup FOR the Bunnies.

So when they attack you and call you a murder for carrying one near them, what they're really saying is "thanks for bringing me this dish, it looks so good I'm going to try to eat it right from your hands, sorry if I miss and bite you."

To appease the fans with logic (come on, the soup literally shows a rabbit sticking out of it!) at least change the name to "Bunny(?) stew", like with the "pigskin?" from bats in Hamlet.
