How do I turn off the DLC?

Recommended Posts

The game crashes when I try to start it up, and I'm hoping it's due to Spaced Out.

I know that to turn it off, I'm supposed to look under 'DLC' in 'Settings'.

I don't have a 'DLC' option under 'Settings'.  I've got 'General', 'Updates', 'Local Files', 'Betas' and 'Controller', but no DLC.

If you have no DLC option in properties, you usually don't have a DLC (my logical conclusion...). You purchased the DLC, right? Also, are betas configured to "none" if you are trying to start the base game?

(There is also the "verify integrity of game files.." on "Local files" option you could do or exit/open steam and uninstall/install game, although I don't know if these steps to a solution or it depends also on your operating system)

Otherwise, I'm just making assumptions and you should make a bug report in the bug tracker section(base game) or bug tracker section (DLC)

sakura is right. If you dont have DLC in the list, you dont have DLC. Unless you are playing on Geforce Now. It seems they only have the DLC-enabled version in stock. But then i dont know how to deactivate it, without beeing able to launch the game and disable it from main menu.

I'm on Steam.  I don't think I purchased Spaced Out, I just asked to be in the beta.

To play the current Beeta, one needs to purchase the dmc. dmc owners can play the Beeta :p

BEETA is available for dmc owners, the menu still has a spelling mistake in Steam.:confused::confused:@Sigmok
