Coolen Posted January 12, 2021 Share Posted January 12, 2021 I like to close a pipe when the temperature is blow 30 degreed Celsius. So I setup a liquid shutoff with a liquid Pipe Thermo Sensor, but when I look at it, it gives my the temperature if -273.2 degreed Celsius. But the liquid is about 28 degreed Celsius. The sensor is more then a sensor it is a pipe with a sensor. So it be used as an alternative of a pipe. Yunru Posted January 12, 2021 Share Posted January 12, 2021 No? The sensor reads the temperature of the fluid in the pipe it's attached to. You just haven't attached it to a pipe (or a pipe to it). I did it like this now and now it works fine. Because that's the only reason it would be disallowed: if another building is present in that space. I was trying to build an electrolyzer yesterday and was getting frustrated about why it wouldn't click... then I noticed that two spaces above was a very wilted salt vine I hadn't noticed.. Urf.
