When trying to place the boat kit it doesn't allow me to put the boat in the water. Xbox360 controller by the way. You'll know it's ready to place when a the red or green transparent boat is visible. Press A? to then place it. This might be an actual problem. Edit: duh, you're on PC and just using a controller. Definitely mod probs.
