I haven't played for a couple of weeks, and when I loaded up my save, fueled up my rockets to send them on their next missions I noticed both of them did not have enough fuel to go where they were supposed to go. I am pretty sure however that their current fuel SHOULD be enough to get them to their destinations, like they have been going to before I took a little break. I doublechecked with oni-assistant and it confirms that I should have enough fuel loaded. MilkyWay8 Posted July 4, 2020 Share Posted July 4, 2020 When i fuel my rockets, save and reload the game, the fuel indicator (which was full) goes empty (still writes full when i click on the liquid tank). suicide commando Posted July 4, 2020 Author Share Posted July 4, 2020 First rocket is petrol with 1 fuel tank, one LOX tank and 5 research modules. On 820kg of fuel/O2 it should be able to fly 40km however it doesn't even reach 30km. ( ingame it says 26km range ). Second rocket is petrol with oxylite oxidizer, using 1 fuel tank, 1 oxilite tank and 1 cargo pod, 840kg of fuel/oxilite to get 30km away, it also falls short. Oni assistant tells me both rockets SHOULD make it, and these settings used to work last time I fired up the game. When I check with oni assistant, they give me the same values so I don't know how you are getting different values from it. I'm getting 882kg fuel required from the calculator with the information you gave. The first rocket is petrol + LOX, travelling 40.000km with 5 research modules, 1 fuel and one oxygen tank. This requires 814kg of fuel. Second rocket, petrol + oxylite, travelling 30.000km with 1 cargo module, 1 fuel and one oxilite tank. This requires 832kg of fuel. That's what oni assistant is telling me, also these are the numbers I used previously ( aka a few weeks ago ) and I made many trips with these rockets. Now all of a sudden, these numbers are not enough anymore. Hence I asked if something changed. Also I don't get how oni-assistant is giving you different numbers.
