But I know for sure that running conveyors through metal tiles/diamond window tiles should work ridiculously well when there are radiant pipes through the same tiles. Not going to have a chance to play ONI for a few hours to see about liquids, sorry. I don't know if there is a minimum mass to be able to exchange temp ? I just chuted the iron out of the conveyor rail into the liquid and it still doesn't exchange temp Maybe it really is all about that little mass issue, in total it's only 90 mg. We'll see once the geyser erupts again. Your 20kg packages are cold but this 3814mcg has not enough mass. I wouldn't be worry.
