Wumpair Posted April 25, 2020 Share Posted April 25, 2020 I have this weird spot in my sea where I randomly find a bunch of rot. I remember that when I firs founded it it had like 5 stacks of rot! But now it seems more broken than ever! What is this thing? Like I spouse the rotten seeds and all disowned fish must die and accumulate somewhere and I am just lucky to have it next to my base (2 screens from land). Really Klei what is THIS? That's probably the spot on your world with coordinates x=0, y=0, z=0. Sometimes there's bugs that cause items to spawn there, whether from the base game or mods. I don't think there's been any recent ones that spawn fish (the most recent one spawned sea shells, lures and honey), so I'm going to tell you it's probably a mod you're using. Do you use any mods that show info on items you hover your mouse over? Pelontriques Posted April 25, 2020 Share Posted April 25, 2020 a specific mod that looks for food values tends to spawn a food item there, which then rots. i forget what the name of the mod is, but i'd suggest removing it and using Show Me instead. I have no proof of this and only word of mouth, but i did stop using this mod because of it. Every big pouch only gives me 3 lucky gold nuggets, after a while walking around my base I found like 40 lucky gold nuggets all in the same spot and more appeared everytime I play around with the race. I believe it's been fixed recently, though. It makes sure that Klei doesn't have to worry about checking the bug, and it helps mod creators fix errors.
