What is this chance? bundling wrap blue print days?

I don't know if I should post on shipwrecked forum, but bundling wrap blueprint was updated with hamlet Womant Queen drop

I got 4 blueprints at day 8, and fifth blue print at day 15, I thought the chance should be very low like 0.1%?

I am starting feel like asking Klei to nerf Woodlegs now.
