How to make a circuit to crash regolits

Recommended Posts

Can someone help me making a circuit that will crush regolits using doors? It should send a signal when there's a green (coming from red) signal coming from space detector and close the door 2 times (50 seconds and 190 seconds) in the case the door gets no power so it takes longer time.

You can only crush gas and liquids as far as I know. Solids will "pop out" when you try it.

I think you haven't understood the question. It's not about debris, but tiles of regolith. And tiles can definitely be crushed.

Well, as far as I can see, you cannot have tiles of anything in a door. But you can let regolith fall in in a way that ordinarily would form tiles and that is apparently a special case.

This one is a little simpler then what was posted before. It also keeps the door open at all times. The short red signal is sufficient to delete the material in the door.

edit: gif (timing for buffer can be pretty much anything once the doors are open. Here it's 3 sec)

Mechanized Airlocks do crush tiles.

About having tiles into doors, yes regolith could fall into, shove voles can poop, algae could "melt" into dirt, and i guess any liquid could freeze solid.
