cpy Posted August 12, 2019 Share Posted August 12, 2019 Ok i'm quite far with my rime map, i wanted to see how hard it is without charity pod. I disabled free stuff from pod and it gives 3 dupes nothing else. But now I wonder can I find pips/dreckos on planets all the time or do I have to land on planet to find out if it has any animals? I can see some planets show some of them but I dont see many planets showing life. Rime is pretty much devoid of life no pips, no dreckos, no pacu. My puft died really fast because I forgot to bring him to warm area and shinebugs die because they just can apparently. Why those stupid animals fly to unlivable zones in the first place? If they can fly then why dont they stay in comfortable zones and move to livable if no comfortable is available? badgamer123 Posted August 12, 2019 Share Posted August 12, 2019 i playing with a rime map with pod on(sorry too hard for me lol without all those little help) there actually a pacu not far from home...it become gulp fish later. keep water warn is the harder part,and yes shine bugs die lol. really suggest using debug to view the map first.....before going in for long term. I can live without pacu but I can't make more phosphorite without balm lilly and dreckos and I don't have either. Playing without pod is way more fun. I think you know it already but you can prevent critters from leaving desired places with a simple door. Dreckos are not available from space (you're hosed on that one, they don't even spawn on Rime to my knowledge). Uhm can you enable charity pod during the game? Or not even some fancy save file editing can save me?
