Bacteria-killing tablet for liquids

You know how you might make a big ol' water tank and then someone pees themselves and then there's some food poisoning in the tank that just doesn't really clear up on its own. Like it's very little and decreasing, but even a hundred cycles from now there'll still be some bacteria in there unless you take really drastic measures. I'd like to see a bleach stone-based tablet that I can throw in there that'll clear out those bacteria in a cycle or two. (They should probably kill of a set amount of bacteria rather than a percentage, so they're not very effective for highly contaminated fluids.)

I`d prefer if it was a building of some sort simply beacause it would be easier to implement. I suggested bleachstone using buildings for killing germs in water or air before.

As for now there`s the weird interaction of chlorine killing germs in water reservoirs that people are using to clean germed water fast.

Would propably need a smal building like fishfeeder. 

I would See it AS turning liquid into clorinated formes,each Walter(polutet Salt Beine and normal)would get this Form.

Normal use(Hygiene bost in showers)

NOT USABLE FOR FOODS.

Toilet etc.should output normal unclorinated water .

An in-pipe filter for gas and liquid pipes (or a fully-dedicated building, thought that might be overkill) could be filter out germs at the cost of filtration medium for gas and bleach stone for liquids.
