Why is the colony summary so badly formatted?

When I call up the summary I cannot see half the charts and cannot navigate to them to see them! Is there some resolution problem or is this WAD and I just don't know how to navigate left/right?

 

Does it actually work for others? Maybe is it a bug?

It is solved by Klei how they managed all other Infoscreens/UI/UX in the past. The same "good" overlays you see in the research screen.  UI, UX isn't their business. It's not magic to recognize it. So, you are right. It's a mess.

My first "experience":

I came, I saw and I forget it exists.

That is the secret to deal with these things. Don't thinking to much about it.

set UI size to 100%

if you're already at 100% then this is something new.

I think it may have been messed up a bit in the latest patch. It was working fantastic for me, but now its zoomed in super close and hard to navigate. 21:9 aspect ratio here, 3440x1440. 100% ui scaling.
