Move Wheeler's mouth up by 3 pixels

Firstly, this is not a joke request, as much as it may sound like one. Though is it the ultimate nitpick? Perhaps. You may remember I had requested this a while ago in a sort of impromptu fashion in the update thread where Wheeler's character art was updated, but I decided I should bring it back up in a more formal fashion.

Judging by it, it seems like a lot of people would agree that such a tiny change would make all the difference, which is plainly evident if you look at the comparison images provided in the same post.
