Sasza22 Posted April 20, 2019 Share Posted April 20, 2019 Ranching is under food but other than meat and eggs, which both require unrelated to ranching buildings, it produces multiple other stuff and usually you ranch critters for coal, plastic, reed fibers or oxylite. This makes it feel weird that you search for the proper buildings in the food tab. Most of the ranching stuff doesn`t have much to do with food. I feel like ranching can be it`s own cathegory. Especially if more ranching stuff would be added in the future (i`m looking at you Gassy Moo, i will get that space milk somehow). Same could be said about farming but the plants you farm still mostly produce food. Large scale farms are for feeding the colony while large scale ranches have multiple purposes.
