If they'd released it on the originally planned day, ie. on Thursday, and everyone is off work Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday due to Easter. They can still release a hotfix on Wed or Thursday. Where did you see it was delayed to the 18th? That's why those on the live branch saw "2 days to update", and those on the preview branch saw "less than a day to update". Just because the game client has different dates, it doesn't mean that's a fact. If I look in the roadmap thread, it still says April 16th. All I see is conflicting information from the clients, and no official communication that the release was delayed from the 16th - like the official communication previously stated was to be the release date.
