Peagawks

Hi, this is next time when peagawks are bugged for me. When i start fresh world everything is ok, after some time they start to bug. I can harvest them only once. No matter how long i wait they will have always one feather, also graphics show that all of them regrew and after picking one they stay without feathers. Now i met next bug, their graphic show that they have all feathers but i dont have option to harvest, looks like they dont have any because i gathered all earlier.
Anyone have problems like me? Someone met this ingame? I got it in every world  I use them for coins so its really annoying.

If you pick all of a peagawk's feathers, they will appear to have feathers when they are at rest, but not if they are running.  

Not sure about only getting one feather per bird.  I run them into a corner at the edge of the island and pick all 7.

They can have max 7 feathers, when they are in place we can see all of them, when they run we see that much how much they have now. Its looks like after some time their max capacity go down to 1.

Normal peagawks but only with one feather ALWAYS, normally i kill them and respawn that much i had with console because i dont know what cause them to not regrow.

In inventory only 2 feathers but looks like they were 14 to collect :/

Surely you can find a better way to get oincs than selling feathers. They are worth much more as gas mask ingredients anyway.
