Do all tiles have increased Dupe run speed?

The normal Tile says in the description it increases runspeed by 25%. If I recall, the refined Metal Tiles that you can build in the late game increase runspeed further.

But do other Tiles such as Mesh, Airflow and insulated also increase runspeed?

This is something that's quite hard to figure out as the game runs kinda slow on my creaking old PC.

If they do increase runspeed, it should say so in the description. Personally I think they should (if they don't already) just to make things flow more smoothly in the game. You already pay an increased resource cost in materials and time to build for the non-standard Tiles.

The mesh and airflow tiles all have the same runspeed as ordinary tiles, AFAIK. There's basically 3 runspeeds in the game: raw tiles (ores, etc), constructed tiles, and refined tiles (plastics, refined metal tiles)

Carpeted tile, insulated tile, airflow tile, mesh tile, window tile, and bunker tile have no run bonus. Also ladders and doors have no bonus.

Plastic ladders have an odd bonus of +20%, but someone would have to run the experiment if that’s just for vertical or if it also includes horizontal (running on top of the ladders).
